Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund, subject to the below terms. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
To return an item, please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order information and reason for return. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number with the return. You are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns.
Refunds are generally issued within 7 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are made to the original payment method used to place your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason permitted by law.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for delays in shipping due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
